I have no experience with Uberti rifles, however I do have a Browning Traditional Hunter in 30-30 that I have had for better than 16 years. It is a finely made and highly accurate rifle with cast bullets. It would be one of the very last rifles I...

The PO made her throw the pills down the storm drain. I hope the feral grey cat that lives there eats them.... Weed got scattered by the wind. The policeman had a smile on his face when he asked her to ruffle her clothes to make sure there was...

And looked outside the front door. The local Police had a young lady leaning on the front bumper of his car. He looked through the left side of her car, and as I was watching he went t o the right side and found some pills in one envelope and some...

I will stay far way from the science/pressure stuff, because I know nothing about it. That said, I will ask the OP why do you want or need max pressure loads? I have been loading for various 357 Mag revolvers for 50 years or so and can't remember...

Likely a 9X57 Mauser Lyman 310 neck sizing die. Any 38 Special/357 Mag expander can be use. It is a very good round, with thump about like the 358 Win. A great deer and elk round. I also have one of the Lyman Shell Resizer FL die in this...

Gosh, I wish I needed that press, dies and cases. I am a huge fan of older American single stage presses, steel dies and anything 38 Special. I could reload happily with that set up the rest of my life. That, said, I am very deep in such presses and...

The only revolver I own in this caliber is a early 1950's Webley that is surplus from the Singapore Police. You are correct about the throats. I use a 200 grain clone of the original bullet made by Matt's Bullets. They come with the correct size and...

The only thing I might add, is the older Smith and Colt revolvers mainsprings, often appear to be lighter because they loose strengh with use. On the same note installing lighter mainsprings often are just pre-worn in their feel. With use, factory...

I got their email this morning and also ordered immediately. I'm looking forward to Starline being the all around go-to brass supplier, with nearly everything being available from them. Certainly, I'm doing my part to encourage them!

I'm with Houndog. I used to buy surplus powder from Widener's and I bought my Schmidt-Rubin K11 also. I was really disappointed when the company was sold and completely changed.

Just get rid of all that undersized 9mm brass, problem solved. Unless you have a woman in the house, being the 9mm is a ladies caliber, you will need to keep some around. ;-)

When I did the sheet lead it had something on it that turned black and grainy and sank to the bottom of my pot - I'm guessing something in the glue? Wax takes care of the true oxidation.

Yeah, but when you are forming 8x57 to 9.3x57 putting an 8mm bullet in the case doesn't do much!

Μολὼν λαβέ; approximate Classical Greek pronunciation [molɔ̀ːn labé], Modern Greek [moˈlon laˈve]), meaning "Come and take them" is a classical expression of defiance reportedly by King Leonidas in response to the Persian army's demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae.
