    Tried a previous universal expander, but, like this one it only flares the neck and no expanding. The RCBS expands and puts a m die type step and charges the case like the ptx, and also has a flare portion if you adjust it that deep.

    Sounds like way too much citric acid, I only use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per gal of water in a Frankford tumbler and it works fine without a pre rinse.
