gpidaho replied to a thread Filters in AirGuns
Thanks for the reply igolfat8. I've ordered one of the tube filters from Ebay that works along the lines of a tampon. I saw a youtube video on how to add a 1" PVC tube filled with desiccant media in the tube. It should arrive next week. So far...

gpidaho replied to a thread Feral Dogs in Hunting with CB's
Here in Idaho, dogs that chase cattle are shot. Doesn't mater if they're feral or wearing a collar. Lazy cows gain weight ,that's the ranchers income, running cows lose weight. The cattle aren't kept as pets. Gp

Thought I'd post a follow up to this thread. The link posted by igolfat8 worked with the addition of a double male adapter. Yong Heng compressor- 8mm double male fitting to link above fills the SCBA tank just fine. It took a little guessing on...

It's harder in my opinion to teach an old rifleman to wing shoot than it is to teach youth or a new shooter of any age, the temptation to aim is too great. The fit of the gun to the shooter is very important as is the same hold each time. I'm sure...

country gent may be on to something. Pyramyd has the Benjamin 22cal. PCP with a hand pump on sale for $299. Many of the gas piston high velocity break barrels would be way to hard for a seven year old to cock. I still would worry about the range of...

I don't know about the safety of starting out a seven year old with an auto loader but they do recoil less. I started out with shotguns at seven myself and it was with a Winchester single shot .410. I still own that shotgun of grandpa's and I'm...

The best way to insure your pot doesn't leak (any brand) is to only use clean lead in your bottom pour. It doesn't take much crud to make them drip. Gp

Others may have a different opinion or better experiences with the Red AA12R wads but for me there's noticeably more recoil using that wad than say the federal wads 12S3 or 4. Only out of the book load I've fired that I thought had injured me was...

David: BPI sells a pamphlet or a down load for loading the 410 with round ball. Cost is very reasonable. Includes data for 2 1/2 and 3" hulls with one to four balls and Lil Gun powder. Also A.J. has posted a lot of 410 data here @ Boolits. Gp

David BPI has a great pamphlet Called Making the 410 shoot like a rifle. Lots of round ball loads both 2 1/2 and 3" hulls. The single round ball load uses a lot more Lil Gun than I would have thought. Gp
