    Enfield, It's leaking all the air out on each pump at about halfway down on the down stroke. So, while i'm pumping, it's blowing it out at the same time.

    As some here know i've had a new 392 for a couple of months or so now. I've kept several drops of pell oil on the hinges and pump head every 150 to 200 shots, but it suddenly quit holding air. I really put the oil to then, hoping it just didn't...

    got the barrel and lock "browned" and let it sit in a foil trench of warmed up transmission fluid for two days, took it from a dull brown to a slight reddish cast deeper brown, now i just have to be careful not to scar it up before I'm done, ,...

    got the nose cap inletted--alot of thin wood up there, so i cheated and wrapped the barrel with saran wrap and gave the underneath wood a coat of 5 min epoxy , Triggers and trigger guard inletted, this was a lot of fiddling, getting the triggers...

    :) Put my second "mod" on my 1377 this last Sunday. Lol, no power mod, just a strap on padded cheek pad on the skeleton shoulder stock. I was doing just fine with the stock as it was, but this gives a solid cheek weld, and really locks my head in...

    Thanks for the info. That would make a fine, light, easy to carry hunter. I have become a staunch fan of these 13xx guns...the accuracy, even at longer ranges blows me away. I haven't gotten into doing any mods on them yet, but i feel it coming...

    got my lock in and have finally got all the curves carved and sanded in, it was a lot of fun. did hours of sanding, and still some finish sanding to go, took me three times to get the curves the way i wanted them, seems the percussion and flint...

    thanks all, I got it to work by lessening the spring/roller pressure, but now the frizzen is floppy in the up position, Ill do no more until i hear from TOTW and contact L&R

    thank you, the lock is up against the flash hole, I've sanded flush to the lock, thank you ill take it down a bit more around the lock when i do my finish sanding, was wondering how much, ill go to the bottom of the bevel

    I got this lock from TOTW and flipped the frizzen a few times,seemed grabby,,but then what do i know? then took it all apart to inlet into the stock, when it was back together, i noticed the frizzen when flipped open did not like being flipped...

    so I've got my Lock inletted and have sanded the side flush with the lock, my lock has a bevil around it do i stand down to the bevel? and have the lock-plate stand proud? I watched some of the duelists vids and he doesnt say thank you...

    on this rifle I'm using a .58 CVA Mountain rifle barrel, it has the lift out tang setup, (the original stock was in pieces and worthless) I know terrible on originality, but i got what I've got, so I'm going to have to miss the tang,
