I bet firing that would leave marks on the cases. Absolutely unacceptable. Any machinist or gunsmith could have easily made a correctly fitting part. Frank-certified machinist.

Copperheads are only slightly hard to identify just before they sluff. Their patterns aren't as distinct then. They don't look anything like rat snakes. It's not like they are rare.

100% machining your own action is legal, however, using a rifle action to do a handgun is not unless you get a SBR stamp.

I know it’s not a discussion thread but if you just want a way to quickly adjust dies with precision, something like this would replace a drawer full of spacers.

Running the long bullets in the .260 for magazine feeding requires the bullet be seated in the donut area of the neck. This creates issues since most competitors don't want to inside neck ream. They much prefer to outside neck turn. The 6.5...

Yes it will feed the very long bullets used by the long range competitors out of a 308 length mag. With the .260 using the same long bullets the mag runs out of space.

I’m not sure how many hundreds of folks that have built annealing machines with my “blades” but it makes for a pretty simple machine that doesn’t require any extra parts to go from 22 Hornet to 50 BMG or anything in between.

I have lot of them and I have a lathe so I can thread my own barrels but there are aftermarket outfits that sell threaded barrels for most popular rifles and pistols. With the right ammunition they can be incredibly quiet.

I use the RS-100, even empty cases can’t fall from position. 357 max empty is only ~.150” shorter than a .223 case and .223 rim diameter is about the same as 357 max case diameter.
