It is possible, start on evilbay. There are a couple of threads on the subject including one started by me. I did mine all up for about 150$ You will want a good stash of 1-300 lbs of good wheel weight lead smelted in ingots before you start.

Neighbor has an LCR that I shot with both .38 special and fairly warm .357 mag loads. Good trigger, reasonably priced, whats not to like?

Why not? I just bought a pair of H&R revolvers, both 2.5" barrels, one nickle, one blued. Both in .32 SW long and both in nice shape. Less than 300$ into the pair, although FFL fees will creep that up a smidge. Bought 500 new starline brass,...

I use a Frankford Arsenal Hand depriming unit. Cases get citric acid washed, dried, primer pockets cleaned before going down to the reloading area. Best of all, I can do it watching TV. The FA unit has a clear plastic container that catch's...

About 2/3'rds through Corbett's Man eaters of Kumaon. Good stuff in my opinion. Haggard can be good, great at times, in other spots, other subjects can be lackluster. On the whole I would say at least half of his story's I felt were well worth...

Last time wife brought home pewter I checked the tin price, it was 10.60 per pound at that point. So I was aiming to stay under 5$ per pound my cost. I got lucky, she brought home 6.25 pounds for 11$ cost. And I am one happy camper. And I...

I have noticed that cast bullets either lubed or unlubed seem to turn dark gray more slowly in sealed containers compared to ones open to the air. So lately everything is getting lubed and locked down.

I got started a long long time ago. Friend of mine ran a shoe repair shop with some sporting goods, fishing tackle, guns and ammo on the side. He sold me a dandy Rem 788 in .243 win. But all you could find for ammo was 80 or 100 grain soft...

You familiar with Kydex? Pretty easy to form that stuff. I suspect you could add clips to a slide on model pretty easy with just a couple of strips a half inch wide and a couple of rivets.

I keep maybe 100 of my most often used cast, lubed with BLL, ready to load in cheap plastic food storage boxes. But most of mine are either holding as COWW ingots, range scrap ingots, or loaded ammo in 100 round MTM boxes. And there are some...
