Funny when you take the friends out they always feel bad. I tell them if it means that much to them to just slide me a 20 and help me pick up brass. As we leave the range i will stop and get another pound of powder from the desk with that 20 bucks....

I have seen and heard of the foam backer rods used as filler. I have never tried it. I personally try to avoid fillers. Sent from my SM-G925T using Tapatalk

Yes, it does apear you are attempting to shoot smokeless powder like black powder. Loose the felt, cards and grease cookies. Thats to keep the fouling soft and help with accurracy in black powder. Then only use the filler if the gun tells you it...

Lee .314 90 gr tumble lubed truncated cone over 2 grains of Red Dot in .32sw long brass shot with my new Ruger New model Single Six Bisley 6.5" barrel. Shot at 20 feet. I did use a small bag to steady my right arm, at my elbow. And yes I...

FYI this is what 2 grains of Red Dot below a Lee .314 90 gr TC bullet looks like at the range. Shot at 20 feet. Right arm is resting on a small bag by my elbow. Second picture is 00 buckshot run through a .314 sizing die, given a single...

2 grains of Red Dot, but those are low because I shoot them in the H&R 732 double action 2.5" barrel. I have no desire for more bang, working on less actually as long as I can maintain accuracy. I'm sure in the Ruger I could go to 3 but I...

I've been playing with the .32sw long lately and having a great time. Started with a pair of H&R 2.5" double action revolvers. Then a Rolling Block takedown model in .32sw long. Now a Ruger New Model Single Six in.32H&R mag with 6.5" barrel and...

If jdfoxinc doesn't want those 380 Auto and .357 Mag, then i will take them. I have a several hundred each of 30-06 and 308. I keep it mixed but if you have a preference of head stamp I can sort them out. Its a mix of Hornady, FC, Winchester and RP.

I mass deprime my brass then soak in citric acid for an hour. Rinse and dry over night. Then tumble with either nufinish or floor polish. Protect the brass from tarnishing and keeps them shiny. Honestly at this point i am convinced anything slippery...

Ruger New Model single six, Bisley in .32 H&R Mag. Which I will mostly shoot .32sw longs in unless I can not find any accuracy. Gun Broker, 454$ plus 27$ shipping and 20$ FFL fee. Puts me a touch over 500$ into it. Brand new with all...

I tend to do most of my shooting slower than your target. The vast majority of my bullets are 50% clip on wheel weights, 50% soft lead, range scrap, etc. And 1-2% tin mostly for mold fill. Over 1400-1500 fps you will want gas checks, or a card...
