It is good hard lead that casts well. I am shooting it out of an AR and a 30-30. It is packaged well and is shipped quickly.

Buddy is taking me to private land to shoot tmro. First real shooting trip in almost 3 months. In the pile is a 270 with 500 rounds, an AR with 500 rounds, a 22lr with 500 rounds, two 9mm's with 1000 rounds, and one 38 with 200 rounds. And thats...

CZ455,CZ452, CZ457. Have fun. They are all wonderful shooters. Rimfire Central has a ton of info on them. For less money, Marlins and Savage Mark II's are well know to be inherently accurate. I have a Marlin 60 that is scary.

From what I know about my 550, the powder funnels for bottleneck rifle rounds do not go inside the neck of the brass. There is no expansion of the neck from the Dillon powder funnels. The case neck goes inside the end of the powder funnel, like...

Cast around 600 Elco boolits, sized and decapped the last of my 9mm brass (1500 or so) and loaded 500 rounds of it. Haven't bought 9mm brass since 2012, but looks like im gonna need more to keep busy.

Nose diameter references the diameter from side to side of the boolit that is not encased in the case. This can vary from bore diameter to slightly over depending on what you subscribe to. I shoot a boolit in my 30-30 that has to be seated deeply...

Bought a B22 FVSR, the current Savage offering. I only differs in a couple of ways. Mine had an especially tight chamber that needed to go back to the factory to be reamed. It runs really well and is pretty accurate when fed the right ammo. It likes...

I would probably start with scrubbing the mold, it could be rusty or contaminated. When fluxing, it only takes a pea sized amount of wax and I always scrape the bottom and sides of the pot with a spoon. Then gently bring all the contaminates that...

Ive had one Cruiser style bike and it was an adjustment. Good grunt down low but tapering off very quickly. Getting used to the front end wanting to flop side to side took time and muscle. Put 30k miles on that bike before going back to a sportier...

I have an NAA Mini in 22lr that I love and bring with me to the range every time I go! I can keep it on a pie plate out to 10 yards. It likes CCI Standard Velocity best, AutoMatch isn't bad.

When I was setting up for cast for my 9's including three Glocks, I found that .358 boolits left no leading, .357 was marginal, and .356 leaded like crazy. Before switching powders, try some larger diameter boolits. Load them as a dummy rounds, then...

Not to be too forward, but it sounds like shes not very good with money. When my girlfriend moved in, we had a frank discussion about money. I pay the rent/now mortgage, she pays the Bill's and buys the food in the house. To even it out, she was to...

I reload 9mm the most. In the last 3 months, Ive loaded 6000 of them. Do this once or twice a year, depending on the free time to shoot. After that, 223 gets loaded around 4000 rounds a year. Then 270 gets around 1500 per year.

Finally got to shoot my 30-30 after 3 months of ownership! It was an Accurate 31-157R sized .312, lubed with Carnuba Blue, over 7 grains of Red Dot. Was very accurate at 30-40 yards, about an inch Standing unsupported. However, it shot 9 inches low....

Whats the twist on that bolt action? If its 1/9 to 1/14, the light weight should be fine. If you are shooting anything faster twisted, say 1/9 to 1/7, shoot them slower or something heavier might be better.

You make a good point. However, they are just tools. Might as well have all of them! Either way, they are both great paths to take.
