    Made a Modified recipe Hoppin' John in our's for New Year's dinner, like everything else we have done in it, it came out excellent. Also, we have the Instant Pot Brand in a 6 Quart & the Cooking Pot is Stainless Steel, NO Teflon.

    Starting New Year's Day with a 65 mile drive to have a Family Potluck Breakfast with Parents & Brothers, Pancakes,Waffles, Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Hasnbrowns & Eggs. When we get home the plan is Hopping John in the Instant Pot with Skillet Cornbread.

    I did the 6 Chicken & 4 duck eggs on Manual for 5 minutes, it took roughly 5 minutes to come to pressure them cooked for 5. I manually released the pressure when it stopped at 5 minutes. transferred via a slotted spoon to an ice batch for 3 minutes...
