The Taylor looks interesting. What about 416 ruger? Brass availability is interesting for both of those. I also prefer no belt.... What do you guys think about taylor vs ruger?

For reasons I don't want to get into, I'm considering trying to build a bolt action rifle that can do anything any centerfire rifle can do. I'm strongly considering 375H&H or 416 Rigby, and thinking about what I have to do to make such a rifle...

A very good write up for an overall picture of the fur market ( With out stating any prices. ). Thank you very much Rally. It appears to me you have a very high investment in the fur trade and your future. When I was into the ' fur market ' I did my...

I don't load 32 acp, but may start in the future. preprepping for it. I plan to use a lee loadmaster. I know I will be customizing many parts to make it work, starting with the case feeder, all the way up to the bullet feeder.

So, I have a nose punch and that helps the nose, but there's nothing to help the base. I can eyeball it best I can, or go by feel with the base on the ram (and push the ram higher than I want to for every cycle) but I want a better way. Is there...

Me too. They never move or fail. File when the load is right, and the gun is static. Just......works.

These trimmers are good for long runs of brass with the power adapters. You do have to know which model fits with which collet as EDC has indicated. As we all know, as time changes companies change tool models. It can get annoying but, sometimes it...

My first reloading press was a Texan Mod M. It is set up for Winchester AA (old style) cases. Thank goodness I have a 55gal drum of hulls.

Awwww some!!! We had a deal and it ended up so good that I suggest everyone should at least try one or more of Mr. C's ingot molds or other items. Had one that I smoked and it worked like factory made new. The packing was way above necessary, which...

I had an ultradot fail. Took me hundreds of rounds to figure it out, too, because it was a new gun, I just thought the loads were poor. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I tried a bushnell TRS-25 and and have never had it fail. Bulletproof. On a 460...

I also get better pucks when it oozes some. Fine line indeed. Lots of oozing is a HUGE mess and lots of wastage. But not enough and my pucks fall apart into dust. The golden state is when it oozes clear liquid. That is a supreme fine line, but...

With a 32x32 garage, 'way over kill for my use' not really. WAY back when, in my 24x24 garage, I had an Ingersoll-Rand 80 gal., upright, 240vac. compressor. Want to kick myself every day for selling it, but was in need of $$$. Really do your home...

Besides the die galling, i dont see any issue at all. The two pucks you got will be great. The goo only means too much water. Give it a couple days and try again. If the pucks are then too brittle, smidge more water. You’ll get it. The rest of your...
