Cast a few hundred each of NOE 453-200's, Accurate 40-180C's and Lee 452-255's. Loaded the NOE boolits because I needed practice ammo for my carry gun, the Accurate 38WCF boolits in memory of John Kort and I have no idea why I cast the Lee 45 Colt...

I've had this 4-cavity mould sitting on the shelf for a year or three, finally ran out of 45acp ammo so it was time to see how NOE's copy of the H&G 68 works. In a word; great! I did the heat-cycle break-in process when the mould arrived but today...

I have several Lyman moulds that I've been very pleased with. I'm not surprised by John Boy's success.

Last i checked no one had been able to get the NOE 100 gr cast to shoot accurately. Alao you would be well served with a 200-247 gr projectile out of a 300 blackout over a 65-75 gr 223 projectile both subsonic for hogs

Lee pots are like an electric range giving more or less heat as you turn the knob but not a specific temperature. A thermometer either electronic or mechanical will give you a handle on it. If you are handy you could assemble a PID and use the...

I start mine 6 weeks before I want them in the garden, usually around April 7th. I made a mini greenhouse that sits in my bay window so they get tons of sun and heat from the vent right above them.

An alternative to a brisket(which has become super expensive) is a round roast. Not as much fat but it makes a decent end product for sandwiches. I have also corned a sirloin tip roast where you get more fat.

The tough part when milling the entire mold top will be dealing with the sprue bolt holes...they will probably have to be deepened and re-tapped...I think they are designed to "bottom out". Plus you'll lose some boolit weight. I sent you a PM. Jon
