That's why California is the place to be, I miss San Diego more than I can say. I really screwed-up and sold my home in CA. Now I'm not sure I can afford to go back...

I've shot buckets of Moly coated bullets since the mid 90's with rather infrequent cleaning, and haven't had a single problem. Before using Moly, I'd spend more time cleaning copper fouling, than shooting groups. I've noticed with Moly coating, I...

I've noticed the same issue with my Dillon 550B and RCBS Jr presses. I can hear a clicking sound while sizing. I'm going to screw the dies down from where they are presently on the Dillon. I don't think the 'paper test' means anything, as when...

nitro-ex: I had an issue with a large, V shaped lead streak on my 9mm cases. I wasn't expanding the case sufficiently and a small half moon sliver of lead was being shaved off when the bullet was being seated in the case. That sliver of lead...

I've been tempted to try 296 with a cast 170 grain bullet in my 30-30. I haven't because 296 isn't known to be reduced load friendly...

I had a similar problem when making 7.65 Argentine out of 30-06 brass, I couldn't close the bolt. So, I shaved down the shell holder with emery cloth until the bolt would close snugly. You can tell when the case is too long, as the case mouth will...

Sounds like a job for 'the bulge buster.' Measure your loaded round in the web area, it may be too large. Can you see where the sizing die stops on a sized case?

The caliber doesn't matter, it's more about. Is this handgun shooting where I'm looking? In a life or death situation, if you look for your sights, it'll probably be too late. You're way better off with a handgun that points instinctively, then...

I use the 'M' die when loading cast bullet, rifle calibers on the Dillon. That's because, I don't have carbide sizing dies, or primer pocket swage on the press. So, I lube, size and deprime, swage primer pocket, expand neck 'M' die and return cases...

Aside from minimal trigger-slap, when I'm aggressively shooting steel plates. My CZ75B has been through buckets, of warmish handloads, without a malfunction. I haven't been able to get mine dirty, it'll get a gray coating on the muzzle and an inch...

I don't think it's a size issue, it's the length. It may be so long, that the gas check, will be seated below the neck. NOE has a short 6.5mm bullet, that I think would work perfectly, but they're never in stock.
