    i think(i do alot of that now:confused::confused:) a brand new winchester model 1894 in 30-30 was around $200-$225 in the mid '80s. a used 1894 in 32win sp will go $500-$600 in the mid '80s. this year i seen a '94 in 32win sp that goes for $900....

    x2 although i have 1500 rounds+/- (22lr), i like to use my 20 vartarg alot more. gun stores around my place go for(cheap ones like federal, remington, etc) $30-$40/for 500 rounds. i don't know what the premium rounds go for.

    50 cal patched roundball goes around 1730-1870fps(80-90gr of ffg). i used to use 80gr of ffg with a 177gr rb in my 50 cal. the roundball was almost pure lead(99.5%) http://www.gunnersden.com/index.htm.muzzleloader-ballistics.html
