That's my favorite Lyman manual. That's the second edition. I believe there is a copy of number one on Cast Pics. If I can find it, I'll post a link. Sent from my VS880 using Tapatalk

The only primers that I have had go off were with the Lee "tap and BANG" dies while seating a primer. Never had one go off while decapping. And I have used many that I have punched out in plinking loads without any misfires. I get MORE misfires...

Have you checked to see if the brass needs trimming? That and a heavy crimp will cause fits..... I have a .309 expanding die that I use for both my 30/30 and 30-06. Both of my rifles are single shots, but a LOT of the 30/30 rounds that I loaded...

I have a Hand Ejector in .32 Long. Not sure of the year model, but it is nickle and the finish is about 50% and the bore is rough. A little loose, but shoots well enough. The front sight is about as thin as a razor blade and difficult to pick up...

I would say Unique under the Lee SWC TL bullet. It's around 90gr and a good shooter.

Most handguns don't bother me. I had a .480 and shot 400 gr cast boolits from it. I had a 2x Leupold scope mounted on it and clay pigeons @. 100 measured yards was no problem offhand. As I was always doing something stupid I ended up trading it....

I bought an RCBS primer Pocket swager to get the crimp out of some 30-06 brass that I'm guessing was Greek. The paperwork said to be careful or one could bend the rod. They were right.
