How do you have the top limit set? I wonder if you put a stopper higher up, near the mould so there is less flexing from the top of the mould to the pivot point. That is what the bounce looks like to me at least. The air cylinder i use is about...

Good to hear it's working well. I found if things weren't just right, mine would pop out of the slider too.

Looks good. I like the way it bounces when dropping projectiles, looks like it helps to make sure they drop from the mould. I wonder if you install a restrictor on the cylinder, you can get it to return without a bounce.

As soon as i read the post heading, i was going to say there was a video by AVE that talked abut this, good to see you watch his vajoes too :) The one issue i see is that the test material needs to be flat and on a hard surface to not loose any...

About 2 years back, there was an Australia wide shortage of federal small pistol primers, as i own semi-autos, this did not affect me, but my shooting buddies with wheel guns, it hit them really hard, they needed to choose what comps they did and...

That is very cool, shame it took so much work to clean it up to get it to work though. Does the material shrink much when cooled? I'd never think it would do so by 10% to get the parts to fit, wonder if it was just a hiccup from the person that drew...

You will need to post pictures and report back as to how the bullet puller goes, never thought you could print one, they take a pretty big beating.

That is very cool OOH i like the primer tray funnel, i always loose primers when trying to drop them in my tray. I was going to try and find a funnel to hopefully do the job, but this would work so much better

Looking good. The OEM collator has straight sides, but as long as it works. I made one years ago from an old plastic bowl and mounted it to the tubes. It was so long ago, the OEM collator wasn't very expensive, even in Australia. I'd love to be...

Hatch's panel is well tested and refined, it can't be faulted, you won't regret it. Mine is all run with an arduino uno with code that Kayak1 was kind enough to share with me. It made the build very cheap. The arduino is not an industrial...
