This looks like it was fixed by the "highly trained technician" with the foreighn accent who calls me and tells me my computer is not functioning and he can fix it. Really? If that is an example of Taylor's warranty work, it has convinced me...

IIRC, I bought a set of shim washers from Midwy that would do the 38/357 and 44/44mag. Every once in a while I use them and they really weren't that expensive when compared to having someone make them.

For 50+ years, I've used one real bees wax toilet ring mixed with 1 pound of Crisco for my BP lube on all of my revolvers. I favor '51 Navies but I do have a Remy "Navy" (Pietta) that is an excellent shooter. I lube the cylinder pin on that with...

I would think that getting the licenses - Fed, State, Local, etc. would be the "easy" part - the hard part is going to be finding an insurance company that will write you a liability policy. Perhaps there are companies that are NRA friendly who...

The next time you replace your wiper blades, save the 2 metal strips that hold the rubber to the blade, they make perfect picks and tension bars, you can try grinding different profiles on the picks and make the tension bar by bending the strip 90*.

6 gr. of Red Dot under a 255 grain Ideal/Lyman 454-190 shoots great out of my 7 1/2" Uberti Cattleman. Congrats - you'll love the one you're getting! And we'd love to see pictures when you get it!

I agree with Mr. Peabody - it's at least worth a try. I normally use a 255 gr in my 45 but also shoot 200 gr with good accuracy. 5 gr. of Red Dot with a 200 gr in Schofield casing should work fine. Maybe shoot a bit differently than your normal...
