I dearly appreciate Savage in 25/20 and have been using it as my primary small game rifle here of late: I was so impressed with the Savage in 25/20 with respect to its accuracy I scoured the earth for one in 32/20 and picked this one up here...

Neither 32 S&W Long nor 32 S&W short will drop into the magazine opening for either of my Marlin M92’s. The openings on mine would have to be opened up a bit to allow them to fall in.

You’re gonna need a separate case mouth expander die to load those MBC .311 diameter Bullets. Before I purchased my Lyman “M” die I used this set up for a very short time. Using the brass hammer/claw hammer setup flared case on the...

Buffalo Arms replenishes their supplies fairly often so if they’re out of stock today usually it’s in stock within a month. That identified, the difference between the two vendors is minimal, Buffalo Arms uses Starline Brass and the last batch I...

I use 14.5 grains of 4227 and the exact same bullet as the OPs and it gives excellent accuracy And about 1450 fps in my 30/30s.

Based on what your saying about the dimensions just below the crimp, Id say your crimp is a little too stout and you may be bulging the brass To a point it wont chamber at the point your measuring. I know of no way to correct the issue other...

The Marlin 1892s are very fine rifles, accurate and Heel based ammo is no harder to kid than any other cartridge. The two I have both came to me with rimfire during pins that were easily replaced with centerfire pins from Jack First and...

Carbines are awesome and some will shoot very well. This is my Universal and it can be quite accurate but the trigger pull is like 12 pounds. If I could manage that trigger better I bet I coulda centered all ten rounds. Note the 243 round...

My Savage Sporter came to me with an ancient Weaver J 2.5X scope attached. I had the barrel threaded 1/2X28 and Thompson Machine modify their Zephy 22 LR suppressor to support its use with 25 caliber Bullets. It is one of my favorite rifles...

Man that’s a neat old revolver. I handload for the 41 long colt and if I had that Remington I’d get on the horn to Old West Bullet Moulds and order their 160 grain 41 heeled based mould (I already have their 41LC crimp die) and go to town...

Not much help reference the entirety of your question but I shoot it in a couple of Marlin 1894s. I use a 38 special case in my handloads as I was having to seat the bullet way above the crimp groove to get it to cycle in my 357 magnum rifles...
