I feel for them. So many are empty inside. They watched their grandparents and their parents chase earthly pleasures. Houses, cars, toys. But there is no lasting satisfaction with those. Heck people get married and never really commit to making...

Yes, most fishing sinkers are lead but, I live in a state where they must be non lead like zinc. Stoopid loons eat em! You can also use muzzle loader balls, roof flashing or most stick on wheel weights (SOWW).

I believe I just got the Lee, Oldfeller 6.5x55 mold from evilbay yesterday. I bought this for use in my customized Swedish Husqvarna M38. Loaded to an O.A.L. of 2.855", the boolit marks evenly around the base of the nose showing the fit to the...

Well if I could not resupply the first thing that happens is the Semi auto's get hung up. The Yugo SKS gets the gas turned off, turning into a straight pull bolt. Which makes it much easier to find brass. Semi's would be held for home defense use...

GhostHawk replied to a thread Hulls in Casting for Shotguns
I cheated, I found a sale for Rio primed hulls at BPI for 7 to 9 cents each in 100 count bags. I stacked. Then I found wads that would work for 1 oz shot loads, buckshot, and slugs, and I stacked again. And I have an 8 lb jug of promo that is just...

JB I think you and I are probably pretty close on this subject. My rule for sleeping well at night is 300 rounds of loaded ammo, in MTM boxes, on the table for each caliber. Now there are a few exceptions. I do not have 300 rounds loaded for...

I had a tuff row to hoe from the start. But I learned at an early age that many have it so much harder than I ever did. What matters is not our handicaps, disability's or problems. What matters is what we do in spite of them. And our attitude....

Lee flaring tool helps. Even a small flare on the very tip of the case neck gives you a slightly larger ring to help get the bullet started. Next I never take the press up until the bullet is sitting straight. Do whatever you have to do but...

I have 3 25 lb boxes of Range brass, in 9mm, .40sw and .45acp. The .45acp cost a bit more. The other two were 50$ for the box. I have yet to have a problem. But, I do go over my brass pretty carefully. I like to deprime with a Frankford...

My FR8 is my favorite rifle for just about everything. I've done well with the Lee 312-155-2R but, like the Lyman 314299 better. This rifle has shot upwards of 30.000 rounds of cast boolits from it, not to mention the jacketed bullets. Sorry, mine...
