Updates are very much appreciated. A part of me says that he has won the fight, he will pull through. Long and hard the recovery will be. But he has the chance. Still praying. It is very very much encouraging when you read updates to feel...

I had broken ribs twice. Man that's the worst pain takes forever to heal. No way to get comfortable slept in a chair for a long time. Just sneezing or laughing can break them loose once you get them set. Took me six months to heal the first set...

Not many of those in my history. Generally speaking if it performs well enough to be useful I kept it. I've sold a few, and the few I've sold I do not miss at all. Perfect example was a really really nice Brazilian .410 side by side. Hand cut...

I have shot #1 buckshot through both of my H&R 2.5 inch barreled revolvers. Actually found it worked best squished slightly then run through a .314 lee sizing die. Easy to load, grouped well enough on paper at 20 feet. So then I tried some...

Still Praying. Still hoping. I know that almost 4 years ago my dad was in Hospital with stroke, followed by heart attack on the operating table as they went in to clean the plaque out of his right caratid artery. For two and a half days they...

I just told my wife about this. She looked at me, and calmly said "I was just told they need to pray for peace". He is angry, frustrated and fighting inside. Nothing makes sense, nothing works and he does not understand. It is my opinion...

My dad worked up a recipe long long ago that was awesome. 50% Ground venison. 25% Fatty beef, cheapest fattiest you can find. 25% lean pork. He used mostly trimmed boston butt's, ie shoulder roasts. His theory was that pork fat runs out of...

I do not do this often. Frankly it scares the **** out of me. "The Holy Spirit says" (The Lord is with him) (Everyone is trying) (But the Holy Spirit is afraid he is not going to make it) That is what I was given. I hope it brings you peace....

Craveman a couple of drops of mineral spirits, or BLL on a towel, give each nose a twist and its clean, and will stay clean. Lube is locked into the case. But with the right tumble lube and right amount they dry to a hard shell and don't attract...

Bisquick is my preference, I do half batch which gives me 2-3 nice big cakes. Teflon griddle if only doing a couple, tis just faster, easier, lighter. Doing a batch the cast will come out. Best of all is my 16' cast griddle with 1" sides....

I pulled apart 20 rounds of Tulammo once (mexican match, used my cast and 4895) Just out of curiousity I weighed each bullet, and each powder charge. Bullets were not too bad, most were in a 5 grain range from low to high. Powder was a 4...

Agree with dagunut. .444Marlin seems to always be in demand. The .32's I watched for 3 weeks and gave up, bought 500 new from Starline. .44mag also seems to fly fast, as does .303 british. I'm in good shape for most brass. My local...

If the checks are crimped in place well they should stay on. Especially if you freeze the pan and push them out from the bottom. But, pan lubing IMO is messy. Much easier to use 45/45/10 or BLL do one light coat, apply checks, size, apply another...

I like the Hatsan's but I have yet to buy a .25 or .30 exactly because of the pellet cost. If the skirt flaring does not do it I would be looking for a round ball mold 2 or 3 thousandths larger than the pellets. Cast them bigger and size them...
