That is a tough question, one that can be tough to answer ourselves. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden...

GhostHawk replied to a thread .22 LR Available in Rimfire Area
I was curious so I checked Bud's gun shop prices on .22lr over the weekend. Prices ranged from 0.051 cents per to over 10 depending on the exact ammo. Lots of federals in the 5-6 cent range. We decided we have enough for now, I'm stacked...

I removed my Credit Card info from Paypal, deleted my paypal account. And for the next year still had paypal trying to tap into my bank account (on 2 separate occasions) I worked closely with my local bank, they made good the funds both times....

I have a couple of molds that tend to get a touch too warm and start frosting. What I found was that a damp towel laid in a handy spot and 5 seconds of contact every 4th or 5th pour let me maintain momentum and still keep bullets shiny. There...

Just finished test firing the 392 after putting in the seal kit. Shooting better than ever. Only obvious thing i found was the seal on the back side of the poppet stem? The stem that sticks out the back side of the air chamber. Anyway, that...

GhostHawk, I tried for more distance today just before dark with the round balls. Most of my spread at 40 and 50 yds. was verticle. 1 1/2" at 40 yds. for 5 shots, but no more than 3/4" wide with irons sights on the 1377 and my "not so good...

Well let me start by saying all the deer I have harvested have all been 20 ga and slugs at close range. 2 feet to 20 feet I don't seem to miss or often need a second shot. That being said I would have no qualms about shooting a deer with a .357....

Recieved the seal kit today. Hope to get time to get started on it this Sunday. In the meantime, my brother gave me some H&N roundballs to try in my 1377. Only tried them out to 30 yds. so far, but they're still grouping great at that range....
