Topper 158 combo .30-30 & 20 ga walked in my door 4 days ago. Owner walked away with 3 times what the pawn shop offered him. We were both happy. Scope base got installed, new Truglo 2x Red Dot sight installed, waiting to take it to the range...

IMO yes. I have 2 9mm's that need big boolits. One is a Hipoint C9 pistol that keyholed and shot shotgun patterns until I put it on a diet of 125 gr .359 cast boolits. The other is a stub job for a Handi rifle. Converted shotgun barrel with a...

I want to try some domed pellets in .177, but will have to order some. No one locally seems to carry any. My brother gave me some 16 gr. jsb domes in .22 for my 392 and they shot fantastic.

Our local Mill's Fleet farm has been stocking Plano 100 round hinged boxes with two catch's to hold them closed. Under 4$ each, mostly in the 3.59$ area. I have been stocking and filling and stocking for a bit now. Ammo table is starting to groan. ...

I love the 20 round mag's Red Ball developed for the 9mm Hipoint. Got the Hipoint seal of approval too. It works. Waiting for a bigger mag for the .45 and .40. Not that 9 or 10 is not enough. But it is nice not to have to reload so often. ...

Yes but a huge difference between 125 gr and 158's. If you want to stay with the light bullets go with a faster powder. If you want to use Blue Dot, go heavy.

Shoot them. Why worry? No one expects Lee molds to mold bullets exactly to the weight they say they will be. The higher the pure lead in your alloys composition, the higher the weight your mold will cast bullets. AND the smaller they will cast.

Using a PID to control the pot heat adds another whole dimension, too. This would reduce the learning curve in halve. PID plans are on the site.

A yard sale hot plate works great for molds. A cut down #10 can make a good cover to make a sort of oven. A wood handle on the can keeps you from getting burned. See the top left side of the photo.
