I have one of the many Yugo 8mm's imported years ago. The gun had a beautiful bore but a counter bored muzzle, so I lopped off about three inches of barrel, reset the front sight and shaped the stock into a fair representation of those cute Iranian...

A suggestion to the member who wanted to remove rust from the top of his vehicle..... Instead of building some kind of "dam" to hold the citric solution in place, just make up a gallon batch (hot) and then shove a terrycloth towel in the...

fatnhappy replied to a thread Opioid/heroin crisis? in Our Town
Another manager in my company left work a year ago February to find his daughter dead in the parking lot. She'd been clean for a year. It's not something I would wish on my worst enemy, but the responsibility rightly falls on the person likely to...

Gotcha' all beat...........back around 1959, one of my rare treats was when Dad took me to the local general store while we were on vacation in northern California. If I had been a good boy, he'd buy me a box of Winchester long rifles right off the...

74 years ago yesterday SSG Walter Ehlers earned the Medal of Honor. His older brother Roland never made it off the beach. Both men were heroes worth venerating. 65 years ago today 1st Sgt Ola Mize earned the Medal of Honor.

I'm looking for a British #4 rifle forend (fore stock) that has already been chopped down for a sporter. Anyone restoring a #4 and have a leftover piece? Don't need the buttstock or handguards, just the forend. As long as the wood is good for about...
