    1-2% is all that is needed. I have never used more. Many times LESS! And I have well over 400# of pure Sn in my stores, so it is not from a "frugal" standpoint for me. banger

    In all the MANY experiments I have done over the MANY past years, I have found graphite only kills the static in the plastic bowl. Prevents the various powders for sticking at all! Does not work for me at all. Mabe if you are using ESPC? I...

    What brand of lathe is it? Chances are the spindle threads are common ones so just look for a 4 jaw chuck with those spindle threads. That small chuck capacity size increase has nothing to do with the spindle threads. banger
