I’ll likely get one when available. Looks and sounds like a great machine. Will be nice to see some videos and read some reviews.

I’m 53. Have been a “scrapper” since I can remember. Copper, aluminum, steel, mercury, etc..., and of course lead. Been a source of extra income in good and bad times through the years. Until recently I had only casted fishing sinkers and round...

Shooting 45ACP a lot, I don't have time nor the patients to tumble brass. Using Citric Acid and a bit of Dawn soap in hot water, rinse real good and then lay the Brass out to dry thoroughly works great and saves me time. I process about 500-1000...

I have magpul 30s and lancer 20s for 300 AAC mostly what I use are the Remington 220 subs and they all work. I don't use anything except store bought ammo in a rifle that stays at the ready for home defense.

I tried growing music garlic in raised beds a few years, garlic NEEDS very fertile soil, the more organic material you put in the soil, mulch, compost, manure, the more it likes it. The final year I thought would be the most successful, I had great...

I too have one of the three digit prefix New Vaquero models. Ruger chambered these in 45 ACP, and they are safely rated to 45 ACP+P 23,000psi, which means the 45 Colt cylinder is also safe to this level due to the same thickness cylinder walls in...

I never clean the bore and then hunt. If I have to or need to clean the bore, I shoot it at least one fouling shot. Mine will hit a guitar pick first shot cold barrel at 200yds so I know better than mess with that.

454? Do you mean 454423? Alliant lists 250gr Speer LSWC @ 1.6" CCI 300 primer over 9.5gr Unique at 941fps. They do not give pressure readings but these loads are considered safe in a smokeless powder Colt single action, Italian clones, and...

3B don't break your press arm off trying to resize these! Your measurements are very typical with harder alloy. The longer the boolit profile, the more they grow as well. Same boolit in 45 caliber that is shorter and fatter might only grow .0008"...

You're welcome. Unique actually -IS- the go to powder for 45 Colt, just not heavy boolits and 30,000psi loads. 255gr LSWC over 8.0gr Unique is a mild starting load which is close to the original smokeless powder loads, 9.0gr warms it up a bit...

You could use both cans in this recipe if you wanted to, or simply get two bags of soup mix and make another batch to use the second can of beans.. This is good stuff, I am sure you wouldn't get any arguments out of those who partake in the first...

That is a DANGEROUS LOAD. Do not use this load data in ANY Ruger revolver chambered in 45 Colt. Let's get a few things out in text so they can be understood. 1. You cannot make magnum level loads with heavy boolits and fast burning powder,...

At the risk of asking a dumb question, with the availability of 44 Spl brass, why go to the trouble of cutting magnum brass? It's a lot of work and obviously skews published load data. And if you wanted to go into the 2nd tier pressures, which has...

You may need some freebore in the barrel. Then you can seat out as long as the magazine will allow, this greatly improves feeding, AND accuracy. Manufacturers couldn't be bothered to even put a SAAMI spec throat in the barrel, as long as factory...

Can't use a cast boolit for a slug they have too much springback to be accurate you need a dead soft lead ball. I favor the egg sinkers in the fishing section of wallyworld, they have a hole in the center that is useful. Yes J-words are...
