This question comes up so often. Brass is a little harder than copper, but compared to steel, brass is soft. Hot copper is sticky, but the addition of zinc makes brass comparatively slick. Most bullets are jacketed with gilding metal, which...

Before posting any pics I open them with the Paint program on my computer and resize them. Most from my phone are 4000 x 3000 or so pixels. I resize to 1000 or less, then crop, then save. They load up much quicker for me. I'm not computer...

My daughter had 20 or so stolen in east Texas about 5 years ago. They've gotten 5 or 6 back. One from Ohio. The SO gave them back within a couple days of receiving them. Still looking for the rest.

I was using a lyman big dipper until the heating coil burned out. Strongly considering Turning some scrap aluminum to fit tight, and fill the bottom half of the pot.

I've had failure to bond using flux and heating the bullets in an oven. 100% success use the same corbin flux, and heating the bullets quickly with a torch.

Guilty here! found the last two replacement batteries in junque drawer. Already ordered the old school gage. Would rather have a needle gage anyway. Faster to get a reading, no little LED light shining at the target, no battery aggravation. Those...

Ok the Matador has a problem. It's the pressure gage. An electronic pressure gage comes with the rifle. The thing has a microprocessor and can give you information such as how much pressure in the tank, how many shots are left, how much pressure...

This used to be a quiet little cow town when I moved here 42 years ago. Now it's a very fast growing, sprawling, suburbia. Places I used to shoot a .243 are surrounded by houses. Air guns do not carry as far. Needing to be able to make hits to...
