    I have a 'once only' job barreling an 8x57, and after pricing a reamer rental with shipping, it appears I'll probably only be out another 15 or 20 bucks to buy one on Ebay. Any of you fellows tried any of these reamers, Ukraine or ZPG?

    Not a machinist but 50+ years heavy equipment field repair. Seal surface ding: From the looks of the picture, I would be inclined to use a fairly fine carborundum stone or oilstone stroking the ding circumferencially until you can no longer feel it...
