Sorry for all the misfortunes here. I've had good and bad days in my life, hope ya'll experience some good days, soon. You might want to get a cane--not to help you walk, but-- to nudge some dogs out of the way. Dogs have a habit of wanting to...

I remember maybe 40 years ago or so there was a handgun made in America the was an almost exact clone of the SBH. Maybe Mossberg made it. It was so close that Ruger sued and won easily, and the offending company ceased production. If you can find...

I started reloading and casting at about age 15. A friend and I got into it for an alternative to expensive ammunition for rifles and shotguns--about $2.00 a box for shotgun shells and 3 or 4 for rifle shells. Did it for about 10-15 years and then...

Sometimes it's just a brain fart. Other times it's on purpose. I have a Lyman and RCBS .358 die, and I don't like the Lyman die. It does have more holes and is a PITA to deal with.

This is an old Lyman 433 mold. I got this about 10 years ago with a large bunch of molds, kept some, sold others. Why I kept this one, I'll never know. Don't own a 44 caliber gun. Probably just forgot about it. Anyway, I think I am the only...

I ask people to throw a tennis ball at a wall, and draw and shoot it before it gets back to you. That's how fast a bear moves, and the size of the brain you have to target.

I had two, one with a 10 inch barrel and later one a bit more reasonable, stainless steel with a fluted cylinder with a 6 inch ( I think ) which I carried for years and shot my first handgun deer with. But I sold it to get a SRH and don't regret it.

Don't download H110. 2400 can be adjusted to suit your needs. I use a heavy charge of either one with anything from a 245 to 310 grain cast boolit sized to .430 for my SRH.

Sounds like the bullets are undersized. Drop bullets in the cylinder. They should be able to be pushed through with a pencil eraser. If they drop right through, or push out too easy, they are too small.

Down in SETX, where our primary crop back in the 50's, 60's and 70's was rice, we use 1/2 cup of cooked rice per pound of meat in our meat loaves. It's quite good, and provides/holds plenty of moisture in the mix. I usually make ours with 1# pork...
