I put new seals in. It didn't have a gasket, it had factory seal stuff. I used red rtv high temp to seal. Took it apart after the first try, cleaned all of the seal off and put new on

Phone went off last night with an Amber Alert. My better half couldn't figure out how to get it to shut off so took the smartphone outside, dug a hole in the garden and buried it. I'm not kidding. When I got home I dug it up and shut it off.

She had no idea until the next day. I'll remember the carb cleaner trick. The Hoppes probably works somewhat on the same principle by getting rid of the oil. She wondered what to use after for her dry skin. I told no worries, I've got Ballistol

If 11,000 btu's are not enough get.a 30,000btu propane wall mount. I bought one off eBay for about $100. I put them in every room and zone heat. Much cheaper to heat only the room your in than the entire thing

I've tried a couple of things and now just use Ballistol mixed with water. We did use Ivory in a lab I worked at to clean the glassware as it left no residue. The PhD in charge was very specific on the Ivory

I'll second this for closer shooting as I've tried out a few cheaper ones just to see how they work and they are very fast especially in low light. I have an Eotech 512 on one AR and it's quite the thing.

3x9 on my bolt hunting rifles. Levers and AR's get less or more depending. Levers no more than 4x as they are deer stand/heavy swamp rifles for me although considering that use I have ghost rings on a few and a red dot on one. Clarity of scope...

You have a scope on the 30-30 so shot placement won't be a problem. I'd look at the Hornady Lever Revolution 160gr FTX and keep the distance reasonable. As for the wandering scope, you may have damaged the scope. Did you check the mounts and...

If you use a frequent fueler card from Shell it not only gives you 5 cents off every gallon you get the receipt emailed to you automatically. Maybe some other frequent fueler cards can be set up like that but I don't know on that one.
