You make an interesting observation about "most organized religions." I'm old enough to have watched a few church and even denominational splits over the questions of are Christians to be more concerned about things of God or social engineering. ...

Timmy, you will find me at my church tomorrow morning, as usual. Note that my question was directed to Thunder by name, not you, knowing I'd only get self righteous snark. And you're supposed to be ignoring me anyway.

Sizing to SAAMI specs is fine if you want to duplicate ammo that will fit/work in any chamber. But I only reload ammo for me, not everyone else, so I size my cases to closely fit MY chambers. Fired cases not only spring back a thou or so in...

Thunder, I remember and believe Christians did put up and stand up. But we were - and remain - too few to matter to demon led politicians, educators, bureaucrats, entertainers and fake news media so I wonder what specific actions you think we...

??? Are you feeling lucky; you aren't God and you have no grounds to say what He does is wrong so isn't "trusting in your own beliefs" the ultimate in blind faith?

I bought that scope, priced right, on a Walmart close out; it sits on my M 700 Mtn Rifle in .30-06. It's a great scope, especially so on rainy days. B&L was bought by Bushnell. Management dropped the rifle scope label and made them Bushnell...

I had to chuckle with "flex-o-matic." When I finally had it with my RC 2 tossing spent primers all around and puddling the primer grit on the ram I got a Reloader and Lee Universal decap die. It works fine, didn't take long for me to wonder how...

I have an old 7.65 Arg "file trim" die. I just lube the -06 cases, push them in, saw the excess off and fine mill file the mouth square and ready to chamfer/deburr. After forming I do a careful annealing, NEVER red hot! My old Mauser Md. 1891...

First, I'm not offended by waiting for my turn to be ignored, it goes with the territory. Next, your version of a man-made "god" and designing your own path to him isn't new, it's as old as Cain. God has put dozens of messengers in front of...

I'm not familiar with that scope and I don't have much faith in anyone's calibration anyway; I test it myself. Then I'll know how much change a single click actually produces! If/when I want to know how much a new scope's click value is I'll...

Encountering "problems" with Lee's FCD? Goodness, this isn't rocket science, don't make it more complex than it need be! First, that die's post-seating sizer ring simply insures that no reloads come out fatter than SAAMI standards so the ammo...

I still have a few pounds of the original 4831 in the 50# drums. It has no odor and no "rust". It still gives good performance in my .30-06 with 170-180 gr. bullets and .243 w/100 gr bullets.

Varget is the best powder for both accuracy and velocity I've found for light bullets in my .22-250 and .243. I'm not even telling how fast Varget makes 36 gr. Barnes go in my old Browning .22-250 and it's sub MOA.

Well, the web is a single file activity so we all have to stand in line, don't we? That sword cuts two ways. Its sharp back edge says you're certain that no one else can possibly know more about God than you - and that's really not true! ;)

I've had very good performance using green/blue/black broad felt tip "Dry-Erase" markers from Walmart, etc. They're inexpensive, much easier to find than Dykem and works much better than any permanent markers for my "machinist" needs. And it wipes...

And you feel that any god worth believing in must agree with you? Good luck with that! :) True, very vivid imaginations. And nothing could display it better than the many rambling man-made "I think ... " posts on this thread.

A lot of us over focus on great strength in a press. When any tool has all the strength needed for the work it does, any more strength is meaningless. Old style "C" presses with simple toggles were all we had for a long time and they were as...
