Don, if you mean what I think you mean, that Lee kit includes a simple but effective inside neck reamer which can help you clean up bad bottle neck cases. No loader, no die, can load straight ammo in bad necks. I don't have one but wish I did. ...

I often cringe when I see loading bench photos with almost random tool placements ... which is most of them. Mount your measure and other tools in such a way that you have a smooth work flow from measure-to-scale (and trickler) -to-loading tray and...

Time and effort trying to make something you want to make isn't time wasted; the challenge itself is fun and, if you succeed it's a blast! Including making your own bullet mold (ditto reloading ammo). Go for it!

I once had a friend who owned a two cavity for Lyman's 85/g.c. Loverin. It shot well and I used it to cast for both of us. I had an original .243 Vanguard I used for both deer and squirrel hunting. Deer got Hornady 100/s.p.. Squirrels got...

Your hinge faces have worn enough to make the hinge a little sloppy. First thing I'd do is to make a shim stock washer to add to the bolt stack so the slack won't matter. You can find the needed washer thickness by slipping auto "feeler gage"...

Yeah, I've gone over that but I don't know what it means for us to be "like angels." I'm certain we won't be identical with them after the resurrection so I have wondered, in what ways and which spiritual and physical characteristics will we be...

Maybe, but I don't think so. Let's see: I surely don't know the answers to those issues but the paperwork legal thing we accept as proof of marriage is certainly not, ip so facto, a "one flesh" bonding thing that God intended, and that...

Lessee ... we have two largish groups using the same tool, one has good results and the other doesn't; what's the problem? I don't know for sure but, since the tool is the same for both groups, I suspect the difference is likely in the users.

Lee's FCD crimpers, rifle and handgun, are just tools, they do excellent work when chosen and used correctly; nothing works very well when used incorrectly. FCD crimpers "hide" nothing. The carbide "post sizing ring" makes sure the finished...

Well, first, that story comes from an effort of the religious authorities to trap Jesus, at least in a moral sense. He out smarted them without answering their question in a specific way that they could use against him. But I'm not taking...

Nope. Lyman/Ideal were selling their original GC design long decades before Hornady started in the loading tools business.

Correct on both counts. But no one gets reincarnated. Elijah will be resurrected -- and as himself, not someone else (and everyone else eventually) and the difference is huge. Messiah's coming as the Lamb of God was not predicated on...

That's the common idea for that verse but that's NOT what it says. I mean, it simply says people will not be getting married. But, other than stretches of personal interpretation, that verse does not say those of us who are truly married, truly...

It was a rhetorical question Rizzo, he wanted them to think about the answers. You don't seem to understand the massive difference between a "reincarnation" and the prophesied resurrection of Elijah. (Jeremiah had no part in that so he's...

I've always been puzzled by the "common knowledge" idea that cast bullets "should be 2 thou over groove diameter". I ask why? no matter how much larger a bullet is when fired it will be exactly the size of the bore when it's fully in the bore. ...

Teflon tape is slick stuff, it's more likely to let rings slip than not. Use a slip of news paper under each ring half to improve ring grip, coarse paper is quite a friction increaser. Scopes were being securely mounted long before Loc-Tite was...

IF a Lee Factory Crimper were mandatory for your Makarov ammo all makers would include one with their die sets. So, no, it's not mandatory. That said, IMHO, Lee's FCD is the best die of it's type so get one for any auto handgun ammo you want to...
