No problem, I'd heard the same thing for years. Had to prove it to myself.

I plan to build an AR in 350L once it becomes common and any bugs are worked out. And if Henry were to chamber their Long Ranger in this caliber, I'd be a buyer.

I had a Rossi 92 Trapper in 45 Colt. Never shot it all that much. Then I was cleaning out my loading room and found several partial boxes of "Ruger Only" 45 Colt loads with heavy (300-325 grain) bullets. In that little 4 1/2 pound levergun with a...

I don't know if you're loading for max velocity or ??? Check the online Hodgdon load data for Lil Gun powder. It will give max velocities with greatly reduced pressure. I called the Hodgdon tech support folks and confirmed that the data was...

That'll work, my old (1975) microgroove 45-70 shoots the Remington 405 JSP so well I never tried anything else. Now that I have an 1895CB I need to start shooting some cast bulets at more sedate speeds.

My local Walmart is clearancing the Triple 7 pellets and Blackthorn powder. The Blackthorn Powder is down to $9 a bottle, the pellets are reduced a similar amount. Might be worth checking your local store.

Good shootin, hogs take a lot of killin sometimes. I’ve killed a few with 44 and 45-70 leverguns, never used a 357. I need to change that.

Not true, at least not in the final scene. I recorded DIRTY HARRY on my DVR and was able to watch it in slow motion and stop it when I wanted to. In the final scene you can plainly see the pinned barrel and the words 44 MAGNUM on the barrel.

The 44 Magnum is my favorite caliber, and I own more guns in 44 Mag than any other caliber. Currently I have 10 Smith & Wesson 44 Magnums, and 3 Rugers. Two of the Rugers are birth year Guns, my main reason for keeping them. Hickok45 says...

No idea of current value, but I have loaded rifle ammo on the T-Mag that shot 10 rounds groups in the 2’s at 100 yards. That’s 10 rounds in groups under .300 inches, in both .223 and .243. If there is any flex, it makes no difference in performance...
