foesgth replied to a thread Build a boat in Our Town
I have built some. Built a 31' ketch and lived on it for 8 years. Stitch and glue is the way to go. Epoxy is the best stuff. I built the first one with poly resin ala Payson. Never again. The difference in the price of the resin isn't great in...

Smoke can hold things we mere mortals cannot. That comes from shooting a Nuke50. I built my wooden clamp because I am going bat poop crazy waiting for the Drs. to release me to normal life(as normal as any CastBoolit member can be). When I go to...

foesgth replied to a thread Crickett accuracy? in Rimfire Area
My wife has one in pink that the girls like. Our accuracy is about what you mention above around 1" groups @ 25 yards. I have some 8" gongs I hang out at 50 yards and new shooters really like those. They don't seem to have much problem hitting...

Well Mr. Smoke I just tried to tumble some Lee Keydrive slugs. They coat nicely with your powder(you knew they would). However the inside cavity packs with the powder. I tried to hold them in my tweezers and bang them to get the powder out, it is...

I used to pan lube. I had several "secret" lube mixes. I melted crayon to color them and keep them straight. Shooting the boolits was a trip back to 2nd grade art. I would just check to be certain that the oils are not corrosive.

Yes, this is going to be a problem. I guess I need to put a socket set in the truck to tighten my back. There is that problem you don't know about. When I open the safe there sits my fathers 10ga staring at me. I wonder just how strong those...

First of all I want you folks to know I don't like you. About a year ago I was rear ended by a big rig. I was stopped and he was playing with his phone. I broke most of my ribs along with 4 fractures in my back. Poor me. That however is not...
