I ask my wife if she could hear the ringing in my ears, does get loud when things are quiet. I too have learned to ignore it most of the time. I have ran woodworking machinery most of my life and of course firearms and bikes. My wife bought...

I have the Harbor Freight tumbler too. I did about 100 303 british cases last week, 50 in each container, that is about the limit I think. The 30-30 cases came out a little better doing the same amount. I use Dawn and Lemi-Shine but not a lot of...

I bought a 1974 BMW bike a good many years ago, it hadn't been rode for several years. I was told that the valves wouldn't last long with unleaded gas. A couple of ounces of MMO was added at every fill up. After 80,000 miles it was still fine,...

Would have liked to have found that about 10 years ago. I have a 1949 336A in 30-30 that would not chamber with anything I had. On Ed Harris's advice I reamed the throat slightly, now it will chamber most anything. They still have to be sized to...

I have a Ruger M77V in 22-250 that was made in the mid 70's. It is set up for Ruger rings but is also D&T on the receiver ring and the barrel, I always thought it was for the Unertl bases.

You work for a dollar, taxed when you get it and again when you spend it. The people that get the dollar face the same thing. Not spent many times before the government gets it back.

One of my friends dropped by the other day with a similar one that was tube fed. He was trying to find a set of sights as both were missing. The front sight is a little odd because a little flat was milled on the barred where the dovetail was cut...

I bought a new Lyman 4500 about 9-10 years ago. It too had chips in the reservoir under the die chamber. Looks like we are going to have to take everything apart and do the final inspection. Dave

beemer replied to a thread case with out primer hole in Our Town
Found one when shooting an SKS with old Norinco ammo. The bolt bounced and smoke came out from around it. I broke it down and no flash hole, it's in my collection.
