Tumbling with wet stainless pin would probably work the best if that is available. Can you file a screwdriver to fit the primer pocket and cut a small notch in the tip to fit the anvil post. That would probably remove most of the debris. I have...

DougGuy, we do have a glass cooktop, only thing I like about is it is easy to keep clean. I used gas for 40 years and I really liked it but our supplier went to over $4.15 a gallon pus tank rent unless you bought into a locked in price. There...

Char-Gar, might be correct with some pans. I do know some kettle bottoms fit in the eye of a stove. I know the ring on some pans will not fit the eye. Thinking about it a bit, I know that's dangerous, could it be that the ring will help it sit...

I have several CI pans including one my Grandmother started house keeping with. I fix my Mother breakfast almost every mourning and fry eggs in a small pan, no name but old and made in the USA and finished very nice inside. She used it a couple...

If it is the Mossberg I had one with rifle sights back in the 90's. It was a 12 ga. smooth bore and didn't do any better than any other shotgun with rifle sights. Don't remember the group size but I considered it a 50 yd. gun, still somewhat better...

beemer replied to a thread 22 mag in Rimfire Area
I have had 5-6 Marlin 22 mags, one from back in the early 70's shot really well. The last two I owned had barrels that were loose in the receiver with expected results. The most accurate one I ever owned was a Savage over-under. If I didn't...

I solved the problem with the 7.62 X 54 by modifying a 303 collet die. I ordered an extra collet, shortened it to fit the case and made a larger mandrel to fit my cast boolits. I still have to FL occasionally but it still helps. .

Beagle, my Father was stationed in Panama during WW2. He carried one of the so called Bushmaster 03 rifles. I have a picture of him setting on a Jeep hood with one on his lap, you really can't tell but he told me that's what it was. The first time I...

beemer replied to a thread Primer pockets in Military Rifles
I had some Winchester 7.62 X 54 brass that I believe was made by S & B, I cleaned the pockets up and dedicated them to one rifle. I was using them for cast loads with LP primers anyway. I measured the heights of several brands of primers. CCI...
