I noticed the rifling on my new model 57 smith 41 mag looked a lot sharper to me than some of my older ecm rifled smith. I was curious and called Smith and a tech told me they were using another process that was more like the old broaching method. I...

Picked up a new 57-6 smith the other day and broke out an old unused Lyman 410459 220 grain 4 cavity mould I had. I made a pile of bullets with it and it cast about .412 with range lead plus 2 % tin. I am going to try 9 grains of unique to start...

Just made bullets yesterday with her recovered range lead. Added a little tin and great bullets. Metal was real clean. Very much worth me not having to smelt and clean scrap! Great product Dogdoc
