mold maker replied to a thread Is it okay in Reloading Equipment
A second sizing won't hurt the case, except for over-working the neck, which is the likely early fail point. I'd remove the die and hand prime. I deprime before cleaning so priming off press is a natural progression.

Yeah, I'm frugal. I helped my Dad build the kitchen cabinets and install Formica tops. I don't remember exactly what the date was, but I was around 30. I'm still using those Formica tops and the aluminum edging is the only thing needing attention....

When I run my security program it removes any suspicious, known, and suspect items stored in my memory (cookies I think). The first time I try to log in, I encounter the same error. After the first time, it works normally.

It's no problem to stop emails from such. Just block the address. As far as USPS mail, there is a return address on their mailings. Either fill the return envelope with junk paper and return it, or trash it. Ain't no free lunch, you have to pay...

The sad thing is you may try time after time and suddenly the problem disappears without you knowing why. A little lino (to harden and fill out) added will likely help. Once you get the melt level down in the pot, a good scraping of the pot...

All the commercial separators are basically the same with the exception of cheaper ones. Tumbling with a closed clamshell container almost full of water efficiently rids the pins and rinses the brass at the same time. With planning, they can be...

I use only wax for flux in the casting furnace. Sawdust and wax together can stick to the pot below the surface and migrate to the spout as waxy charcoal specks. The cast iron smelting pot gets sawdust and wax until the alloy isclean. If you only...

mold maker replied to a thread Any wood workers? in Our Town
The mule might be outdated as a power source, but the plow has only been multiplied and a tractor used to pull it. Its the same method of farming that has been used since metal tools were invented. We use what ever tool is at hand. If a plane and...

mold maker replied to a thread Any wood workers? in Our Town
There was an era when carpenters and woodworkers carried all their tools with them to the job. Hand planes were as production as any. I enjoy living among several handmade pieces of cabinetry. Each has the tail tale signature of hand planed...
