It's in the mid-80's here at 8 in the morning. Usually on it's way to much, much uglier temps. And in a month (mid-August), when we're looking at another day in a stretch of 105 degree days, we'll be wishing for the coolness of mid eighties.

Therein lies the rub, parents get bent out of shape when a teacher disciplines a kid but refuse to discipline their own kids, no matter how bad they are. Of course, we are speaking of discipline vs abuse here, the schools need good guidelines, and...

OK, OK. What is the gun chamber now? Is the gun usable? Will you REALLY hunt with this gun? How old are you? The older you get the less recoil you will like and bigger caliber guns are fired less and less. So as I near 70 my bigger guns most...

I got a few butt whoopings, some of which could now be called abuse...I didn't. My kids probably got a few spankings, but none I (or they) specifically remember. I have no problem with parents disciplining their kids, even with a belt, or "chancla"...

I'll be 67 this month. I started drinking coffee at 11. Can drink it all day, from sunup to sundown. Any way, lip scalding hot to iced, but DON'T put no sugar in it, burnt or a day old, if it's there I'll drink it. I really like coffee.
