    My high school friend has about 500 buffalo. They don't do hunts but the do slaughter a bunch. With a properly placed head shot it doesn't take much of a caliber. Things can get interesting if the shot placement isn't proper.

    i don't know about all of them but cast performance bullets used to use a alloy similar to ww and water dropped it to get hardness and to allow the bullets spitting out of the casting machines to be able to land in water to prevent damage from them...
