    That's a SAECO sizer. I have two of them, and they work well. Not as well as my Stars, but I use them for different bullets than the Stars, mainly for rifle bullets. Hope this helps. Fred

    you knock the pin out. You take the replacement site, clamp it very tightly in the slot. Drill a hole thru it and then repin it. You want the site to sit as tight as possible
