    Might be time to contact Corbin. Did you try less lube on jacket, more on punch and apply a little more pressure?

    You know..... I have shot some pretty impressive groups with the light layer of lanolin still left over on the bullet. Not neatly as pretty looking but the holes in paper looked the same :)

    I tried woolite and it didn't work for me, maybe I got the wrong woolite ??? I just rinced 40lbs of 22 cal bullets to test the woolite against other stuff, only other soap I used that I liked was a face soap... ...

    The upside down case is the 17HMR case after it's neck and shoulder was cut off then it was derimed to turn it into a 6mm jacket. Thanks guys... Swage on

    Are those "BT" boat tail dies or BTSniper dies? I assumed they where mine but reading a bit closer might not be... The core seat punch is machined to fit the id. of the specific jacket to be used. Might be using wrong jacket or wrong diameter...

    As for 30 cal on a hand press.... I'm sure it could be done, as I say "anything is possible" but the bigger the bullet the more pressure it takes. I don't think a hand held press would be much fun for 30 cal bullets. Any decent bench mounted...

    I have seen it done by customer using the Lee hand press and my simple 22 cal dies, I didn't think anyone would attempt such a task but this customer has made thousands of bullets sitting in his easy chair in his living room. Probably got some tone...
