At 11.5 grains you are at 33,994 psi according to Quickload. This is in warning territory. Velocity is 1221 fps. That charge is a 114.2% fill so itís certainly compressed. If you worked up to this load w/ a chronograph you can compare...

Fiocchi heavy metal free primers have a fifteen year shelf life. Thatís what a search said. But I seem to remember the shelf life being shorter in the past, like eleven years. Or I could be wrong on that and itís always been fifteen years. ...

The tool in question is a uniformer designed to cut the bottom of the pocket square. Itís really a waste of time and effort w/ the 44 Mag. Itís not a benchrest gun that youíre trying to squeeze everything you can out of it. And w/ new Starline...

Brand new Starline brass likes to gall. They send it to you completely clean, and I mean completely. A trip through a tumbler w/ some NuFinish or some case lube before sizing fixes the problem. Itís the only time Iíve had galling problems.
