Yup I could sure see paying a repair man to fix a tv that cost 2 grand but then if a tv cost much more then 500 dollars it isn't coming home with me. Personaly my eyes don't see the difference in a 2000 dollar tv compared to a 600 dollar unit. Its...

find yourself a marlin or win 3030 or if you insist on a bolt and old savage or 788 rem. Brass is cheap and 4-5 grains of bullseye and a cast bullet is a hoot to shoot in them. you could do the same with a 762x39 bolt gun. Big advantage with those...

have to agree. there pretty much throw aways today. Ours was getting tired and had lines in the picture and two years ago at a Walmart chirstmas sale they had 55 inch Philips hd tvs for 300 bucks. In 1970s money when you called a tv repair man that...

My mother just gave me my baby book. One of the things she wrote in it was that at age 2 I was obsessed with guns, cars and trucks. Said I would get bored with any other toy in a matter of minutes but would play for hours with those. Some things...

I probably gut an average of 50 deer a year and can say without reservation that never once was it ENJOYABLE. Obviously I don't gag or puke but id have to have a pretty terrible life to consider it fun.

no doubt some need them and a good many could get by just fine without them. I lived on them for 5 years. I pretty much wasted 5 years of my life. I had pain. theres no doubt about it. But those pills took as much quality of life away from me as the...

yup if you cant kill deer at 300 yards with 9x its time to go to the eye doctor or take that blister pack tasco off and buy a good scope. One of the longest shots ive made on a deer was 524 with a yards according to my range finder. Gun was my 7stw....

any gun that will shoot 10 shots into even 3/4s of an inch one day and go back the next and shoot 10 into the same group and not enlarge it is one exceptional rifle and they guy on the trigger is pretty talented to boot.
