I'm over a month into my gas ram HW90 in .25 and have gone back to a normal hold on the gun and have gone away from the "loose" hold, between me getting better and the gun getting worked in, I think I have the bruiser figured out., I had to play...

Most people hear about heavy bullets in 357 magnum and think no way possible, the old 38 special was loaded with a 200 grain lead! There is some good info from Glen Fryxell on the web about the Lyman 358627

The Lyman 358627 or the Noe clone weighs in at 215 grains and is a outstanding heavyweight in the 357 magnum. My S&W 686 with a 8 3/8” loaded with Winchester 296 or H-110 is very accurate

If I'm using black in serious hunting conditions I always load duplex, 10% 4227 and 90 % real BP, you can shoot all day without cleaning....def. clean gun after that to protect metal from corr. or rust.

The Rcbs thermometer is outstanding! The lead pots will vary on temperature and every Mould will vary on what temperature it cast the best at.

The pcp is a very expensive venture, so you may as well get a good one because when all is said and done it is not the most expensive part of your journey. If this doesn't turn your crank I'd look at a nice springer or gas piston air rifle.

The number of holes used is controlled by the depth setting of your die stem, but the only time you need to fill holes or even count holes is with the Star lube/sizer.

Still not sure of your question, I have 7 lube sizers, 2 Lyman, 2 RCBS, and 3 Stars and of course I use the Stars when ever I can. I have far more die sizes for the Lyman/RCBS so they get some use. I keep the most common sizes installed in each...

My HW90 gas ram (new) is harder to shoot accurately, then my springers, but I am playing with the "artillery hold", it's a massive gun and everything is exaggerated in the cocking/firing cycle.

Anything you do to these handles can weaken them and they can/will break as they are made of pot metal, I've broken a few because of shaving them to fit and later on they break. Steel handles on Lyman, Rcbs, Saeco, can be altered and not break.
