More ramblings, I feel my wheel weight alloy is going to be too soft at these velocities in respects to expansion and meat damage. An alloy with more antimony should yield a larger diameter as cast too right? I have 7 lbs of Lino I think I may cut...

I hesitate to shoot jacked bullets in it at all, the goal for me was to stick with cast entirely. I may break down and try some eventually but I want to try and stick it out. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

I want to shoot cast in my 358 Win at full power velocities. First I know I need a chamber cast but where do I go from there? I shot some groups today using a 35-200 over 43 grns of IMR 3030 that were averaging 2300fps. These were grouping anywhere...

Well I got things lined up today and put some rounds through the new rifle. Used the look back through the bore deal and it worked out well. The loads not so much but that's another story. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

How does one go about getting the crony lined up properly so they can chronograph loads as they shoot groups? I can't ever seem to get it all lined up right and I end up just sending a few rounds into the berm and not keeping track of avg velocity...

This is the drawing but because it's a photobucket link from a Google search it won't clear up any more than this. That delete button costs money making one from scratch is free plus I get to practice my machining skills for future projects like...

Yep IMR 3031, I did notice that recoil but it's not too rough yet but definitely more than the 243 was. I need to work up a reduced load for the wife this was her hunting rifle but I don't think she's gonna like shooting it anymore. Sent from my...

How do the folks on here feel the passing of the SHARE act would effect the manufacturing laws for silencers? Would the tax stamp and application still be required or will it be more lax? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
