Agreed ^^^^^ I tend to put in any post I do that has a single group on a piece of paper: "Not hand picked/cherry picked by any means, the target is nothing more then the test target used to test that load" As far as the rpm/alloy/can/can't...

Hard not to find an accurate bullet for the 44spl's, shot a lot of different designs over the decades. Shot anything from the keith's already mentioned to the thompson designs like the 429215/429303/h&g#142. Any wc bullet does extremely well in the...

The Ness bullet has a huge hp. The is extremely long/deep, it extends to the top of the bottom drive band. It's pretty hard to get these bullets to mushroom + stay intact. I had only fair results with 10bhn alloy when driving these bullets...

It's been in this order for me for 30+ years. 1st: reliability 2nd: point ability/control ability 3rd: accuracy If a firearm isn't reliable it's no good If you choice in firearms doesn't point naturally for you, you will struggle to...

+1^^^^^ Had the same lee 6-cavity mold start to do the same thing the op pictured above. Got the mold extremely hot and put it in a vise and and tightened the vise up tight leaving the mold to cool. Doing so ended the finning. Used that mold for...
