Well, I got that roll of transparent ABS filament finally. What a piece of krapp roll of filament this is turning out to be. In my attempt to figure out the correct print recipe for it I've gone though twelve failed prints thus far. The first...

Your comments and the comments on the video are generally true but not true across the board. The video in question showcases a .177 caliber shooting ultra high velocities with very light weight pellets. My .22 caliber PCP shoots the 14 grainers...

I just wanted to show you where I'm at so far. I printed out the fifth iteration of this extended magazine design. Like the previous two print outs this one also worked but only with ten rounds or less loaded into the magazine. The rimmed 303...

You can go online to customairseals.com. They may have what you're looking for in he way of a gas spring that you can retro-fit into your Webley Vulcan. I've heard of this being done with other older models of various brand name air rifles. I...

Hi Bulldogger; and thanks for the good word. I never thought of checking amazon. I have an account with them so that would certainly simplify things. I'll check with them as soon as I've finished this reply. I'm presently printing the ABS...

I finally finished the print of the latest design change to my Lee Enfield 3D printed 15 round extended magazine. It looks really good, it fits really good but, like the first three printouts, it only cycled reliably with no more than ten rounds...

One of the lines I've become accustomed to hearing over the time has been, "You can buy such and such for less than it takes to make them yourself." That's just one of the well meaning things many of the non-do-it-yourselfers will tell you and in...

Here are some quick pics that show the comparison between my previous 3D printed mag body and this latest attempt. The one with the more pronounced curvature is the one that I got to hold the full 15 rounds. Even still, those last few cartridges...

It took just under 15 hours to print this latest iteration of my Lee Enfield Extended 15 round magazine. I had high hopes cause I was able to arrive at some tentative measurements or dimensions based on an internet pic of an old SMLE with a "Trench...

You're lucky to have the space you have. I have to make due with a closet for storage of my components and for my reloading table I had to drill some holes into the top of my Upholstery machine table to mount my press. I guess we all make due...

It's just mind bending that with quality being equal, the manufactured and store bought pellets seem to outshoot what we can make on our own or what we cast from high tolerance professionally made pellet molds. There has to be some hard to see or...

I don't want to come off sounding like a smart-alec but, having the hands on experience that you have with your 2/3 pellet molds, can you offer up any ideas as to why you don't seem to be getting the kind of accuracy alot of us get with some of the...

This past Wednesday I printed what I though would be the last prototype Lee Enfield magazine before actually printing the final working version. It turns out that I didn't put enough of a curvature on my 3D printed magazine so I got the same...

Just curious about this dilemma. I can see how the thin wasp-waist of these pellet geometries would make designing the cherries for such a mold kind of difficult. I can also envision that cutter snapping clean off due to its' very small diameter...

I guess I'll be holding out till they get the midweight pellet molds ready to ship. The ones that are ready now are the heavier of the bunch. Nothing wrong with that, it's just that 24 grains is a little heavier than I need for my preferred...

"Will the skirts on the .22 .25 and.30 noe pellets be the right fit for the run of the mill pump or break bbl. air rifles?" This was my concern as well. I did notice the dimensions in the diagrams. It would be a simple matter for me to build...

As long as they'll shoot as accurately as the 18 grain jumbo heavies I can live without the hollow point. I just thought it would be nice if I could get the domed NOE offerings down to 18 or 18.5 grains it might duplicate the accuracy I'm getting...

The .22 caliber offerings are great news to me. I've made by own pellet molds and pellet swaging dies with some success but that success is short lived when you consider that beyond 25 yards my DIY pellets tend to loose their accuracy pretty fast....
