Thanks to Starline I have broken the range brass habit. I will pick it up but if it has a resizing ring at the case head, I put it in the trash barrel. As I have stated before, the benefit of using 1 brand of new brass is the case length. No more...

quack1, I did almost the same thing. I found a 94 Win in 25/35 that was an honest 90% or better gun for $400 and it had been drilled. I wouldn't buy it for that reason even though the barrel looked new inside. My buddy ask me when we left the show...

I've tried to justify a wet rig for a while now and even tried dry tumbling with a double handful of pins thrown into the corn cob media, which btw, had no apparent benefit. But after 3hrs in my Lyman 1200, this is my results and they will work for...

Where is the Rebel press made? I just looked at the Midwayusa site and the ad says made in USA. Congrats RCBS! Mr Fred Huntington would be proud.

Well, I just had to try the pins/corn cob media mix and I could not tell any difference between the mix and just CC media. I did think about the chance that a pin or 2 might get trapped in the '06 cases I tried and the idea sounded pretty scary,...

It sure would be a great service to normal people if you could, as an individual, call a phone number and ask if a gun was on the list of stolen guns. There is not always a LEO around when an chance to buy or trade a gun happens, like at a gun show....

That H335 is from the mid to late 60's. I shot a bunch of it from those cans. I was a dirty powder for my experience so I quit using it. I did well in a 308 till you reached top loads and then you BETTER stop.

I have bought Meyer Gage pin gages before and they are very reasonable, like $3.95 per pin. I bought them for .355 through .360. Their shipping is reasonable too using USPS small bubble envelope. That price is from their 2019 catalogue.
