    Give the Lee 358-105-SWC a try , it says SWC but it's more of a truncated cone than SWC . It works just fine in light 9mm Luger loads and should be just the ticket in the 380 . Gary

    Trash and crud clogs the opening. Clean the pot and hole Flux more. Flux more when casting the ingots and flux more in the pot. Get the alloy clean before you start casting.

    Water quenching then sizing does two things : 1.) makes the boolit harder to size. 2.) sizing the boolit down cold works the boolits surface....cold working lead....softens it. When you do it this way you wind up getting back to the about same...

    That's good , the streaking is just the sizer , sizing down the boolit at that point, uniform all the way around is what you want. The boolit design will have some streaking above the crimp groove...it's normal . When you have more streaking on...
