    Wood mallets keep splintering small pieces off, so made one using straight copper fitting poured full of lead with a bolt through a wood handle. Does not bounce, works good.

    My gun safes have cloth covered rubber bands straps crisscrossed, like lacing a shoelace, on the inside of the door. My 7.5 Ruger is stored vertically in them, along with several other revolvers and auto pistols.

    Silicone baking sheets are ideal for non stick. Have used three of them on several thousand powdered coated boolits and they do not stick. Not expensive.
