243K rpm says poof! 1500 says 135K rpm - maybe OK. And yes, the PP should shred at the muzzle.

Interesting that Tim continues to get involved in these discussions even though he is amendment that he has made his choice! And his choice is to not believe. Never did understand what their (his) argument is about. Or why they (he) continues to...

I've been told that most 40 S.A. actually H.S. on the extractor. I was looking for something that will work for snakes in S. Tx. when hog hunting. CCI (I think they use #9) only gives me one shot. Pattern is only good to maybe 5 ft. but that...

Looks like over temp cooked anyway and yes, HiTek in that condition will turn to a powder when scraped off so you probably don't notice. Do a smash test on some you pulled and you see crumbly flakes.

Tex - got a Bob's single load mag for the BO (223 mag), really like it. Shove one in the slot, drop the bolt and fire. Lock back so just repeat! So a 9mm version gets you there.

I usually like 2x moulds for rifle but Tom does make them good, i.e. all cavities come out the same. I still break the top edge of the blocks and use graphite pencil for plate lube. This one seats at base/shoulder fine, don't know how it would do...

My printer ans printer scanner are both brother. Go to mint site, look for a link to Linux update site. Run driver updated program and it will download and build the driver. Not at my computer now so can't give specifics.

Sundog - started with a 31-168b for the ar10 and it worked great. When I got into BO I tried the same concept for the 31-142C (PB) worked good too. Changed the nose profile just a tad and eliminated the groove entirely (31-142D) - groove above GC...

I believe in God but do not trust him to protect me from evil I understand the thought but Jesus tells us to expect to be treated evilly. Enjoy the good in life and be aware of the evil. Just like self defense. Be alert.

Smoking keeps the alloy hot longer and AIDS venting. Suspect a vent problem, probably go away with use.

Use a fine file to take the sharp edge off the top of the blocks around the cavities. Make sure vent lines at the cavities are clear. Alloy ~ 725F. Adjust the pot stem to get a good steady flow of alloy. Dribbling or sporadic pour gives wrinkles. ...
